PrimCall is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines ensure content is accessible to people with:
- Visual impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
- Hearing impairments (deafness, hard of hearing)
- Motor impairments (limited dexterity, inability to use a mouse)
- Cognitive impairments (dyslexia, autism, ADHD)
Accessibility Features
Our website includes:
- ✅Alt text on all images
- ✅Keyboard navigation — all features accessible via Tab/Enter
- ✅Color contrast meeting WCAG AA standards (4.5:1 minimum)
- ✅Descriptive links — no "click here" links
- ✅Semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3)
- ✅Resizable text — zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality
- ✅Screen reader compatibility — tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver
- ✅Focus indicators — visible keyboard focus on interactive elements
- ✅Skip navigation links — jump to main content
Known Issues
We are working to fix:
- ⚠️Some third-party embeds (Stripe checkout) may not be fully accessible
- ⚠️Real-time call notifications lack audio alerts (planned for Q3 2026)
- ⚠️Dashboard charts need improved screen reader descriptions
